Urban queen room was well-designed and silent with balcony. Marvellous breakfasts at a bakery in the corner, loved it. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Tel Aviv.

Location close enough to Tel Aviv for work purposes, and the beach and many restaurants. Units with balcony...

Wonderful small and fairly clean place, the rooms are silent. The property is based in the heart of the town. As for me the food is high quality, and they have plenty of meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet street in the center area, but still close to all the attractions in this vibrant city. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and service-minded, always making sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities and services, such as laundry, airport shuttle, and even grocery shopping service. It was so convenient to have these options available. Lastly, the room was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts I could ask for, including a balcony and a sitting area. I felt truly pampered during my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Everything from the location to the service and amenities was top-notch.

Nice staff, great breakfast in the café next door, free water, coffee, fruit and pastries, free water and wine in the room. The situation is brilliant!
Had the room on the fourth floor, unfortunately it was very loud due to the ventilation of the neighboring building. Altogether, one can hear the air and car traffic very well. The bathroom can only be closed by a glass door with curtain. Since you can see through the curtain, you should book the room with closely acquainted fellow travellers

Good central location, but rather loud. Free water and pastries in the lobby. Free bottles of mineral water to take away. Lady at the front desk delivered my postcards to the post office. Thank you very much.
Breakfast in the nearby café with a voucher. There are much nicer and friendly cafés in Tel Aviv. Staff was not very friendly... Loud location (close to Rothschild Boulevard and next to the club/bar).

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, situated on a quiet street in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient and accessible to all the attractions and amenities. Secondly, the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us. Thirdly, the rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with a king bed and a small balcony that offered a nice view of the surroundings. The attention to detail was evident, from the necessary toiletries provided to the comfortable amenities in the room. Lastly, the breakfast at the nearby bakery was a delightful experience, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.
Our stay at this hotel was flawless.

During our stay we had a room directly under the roof/all the way up (room 18 or 19). Even if there is no real view, we liked the bright and nicely arranged room. . Breakfast is not served in the Townhouse, but in a small café around the corner. Well suited to watch the hustle and bustle while enjoying delicious bread and coffee.

The hotel is very central, from there you can easily reach everything on foot. The staff is very friendly, as well as the people in the café next door where you get breakfast. Top everything
Because the location is so central, it is also a little loud at night, but not too disturbing.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by bustling restaurants and bars, making it a great spot for nightlife. I loved the complimentary wine and cheese in the lobby on weekends, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the room was also great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Couldn't fault this hotel, it was a great stay overall.

Conveniently Located, Friendly Staff, Complimentary Gifts
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many cafes and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were greeted with a gift bag upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel also provided complimentary gifts such as wine, sweets, and local olive oil, which added to the luxurious experience. It was a great value for the price.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with visible signs of neglect such as dirty towels and dust on the air conditioning unit. The customer service was also lacking, with unhelpful and unresponsive staff at the front desk.

I liked that it is amazingly located. Is is one block from Rothchild, is like a kind of boutique hotel and I found a promotion. One day we had an excursion and the taxi hadnt arrived so the manager herself went to look for a taxi. In all terms excellent staff and amazing comodities.
